• No AI-assisted content where AI contributes to the creative output
• If AI made it — it doesn’t belong here

3. Be real

• No fake engagement
• No buying votes, likes, or followers
• No trying to game the system

4. Respect the space

• No hate
• No harassment
• No bullying

Critique the work — not the person.

5. Protect the craft

• No stolen work
• No low-effort spam
• No recycled content

If it doesn’t take thought, effort, or intention — it doesn’t belong here.

6. Expression is welcome. Exploitation is not.

• Artistic expression → allowed
• Porn, exploitation, or anything involving minors → banned immediately

7. Keep people safe

No:

• violence
• dangerous behavior
• scams
• illegal activity

8. If you break the rules, you’re out

PART 2 — FULL POLICY FRAMEWORK

1. Scope & Application

These Community Guidelines apply to:

• all users of Boom
• all content (public and private)
• all interactions on-platform

By using Boom, users agree to comply with:

• these Guidelines
• Boom’s Terms of Service
• all applicable local, national, and international laws

Boom operates globally. Enforcement may vary where required to comply with:

• local laws
• regulatory obligations
• cultural and safety standards

2. Creative Integrity & Human Authorship

Boom is a human-first creative platform.

Strict Prohibition on AI Content

The following is not permitted under any circumstances:

• Fully AI-generated content (images, video, music, writing, etc.)
• Partially AI-generated content where AI materially contributes to the creative output
• Use of generative AI tools to produce or enhance creative work for submission
• Synthetic or manipulated media presented as original human work

Human-created work is defined as content where the creative decisions, execution, and output are primarily the result of human skill, effort, and intent.

Violations may result in:

• immediate content removal
• disqualification from rewards
• permanent account bans

3. Intellectual Property & Ownership

Users must:

• own the rights to all content they upload, or
• have explicit permission from the rights holder

Not allowed:

• copyright infringement
• trademark violations
• unauthorized reproduction of another creator’s work

Boom reserves the right to:

• remove infringing content
• suspend or terminate repeat offenders

4. Authenticity & Platform Integrity

Not allowed:

• fake engagement (likes, votes, followers)
• engagement manipulation or coordinated activity
• impersonation or fake identities
• use of multiple accounts to bypass restrictions
• attempts to exploit reward systems

5. Safety, Harm, and Criminal Conduct

Not allowed:

• threats or incitement of violence
• promotion of criminal activity
• dangerous acts likely to cause harm
• human exploitation (including trafficking or coercion)
• animal abuse

Boom may remove such content, suspend or ban accounts, and report credible threats to law enforcement.

6. Harassment, Hate, and Abuse

Boom does not allow:

• hate speech based on protected characteristics
• harassment, bullying, or intimidation
• degrading or dehumanizing language
• doxxing or sharing personal information

Protected characteristics include (but are not limited to):

• race, ethnicity, nationality
• gender, gender identity, sexual orientation
• religion, disability, serious illness

7. Youth Safety

Users must be 13 years or older (or higher where required by law).

Strictly prohibited:

• any form of child sexual abuse material (CSAM)
• grooming or exploitation of minors
• sexualization of individuals under 18

Violations result in permanent bans and may be reported to relevant authorities.

8. Sexual Content & Artistic Expression

Allowed:

• artistic nudity
• conceptual or expressive work

Not allowed:

• explicit sexual acts
• pornography
• fetish content
• sexual services or solicitation

All content involving minors in sexualized contexts is strictly prohibited.

9. Mental & Physical Health

Not allowed:

• promotion or instruction of self-harm or suicide
• dangerous eating behaviors
• harmful physical challenges

Allowed:

• recovery, awareness, and educational content

10. Misinformation & Deception

Not allowed:

• harmful misinformation (health, safety, civic processes)
• manipulated media intended to mislead
• scams, fraud, phishing

Users must disclose paid partnerships and be transparent in endorsements.

11. Regulated Goods & Services

Not allowed:

• promotion or sale of drugs, weapons, or illegal goods
• gambling services
• sexual services
• trafficking of regulated or prohibited items

12. Privacy & Security

Not allowed:

• sharing personal or sensitive information without consent
• account compromise or phishing
• unauthorized access to systems

13. Enforcement

Boom may take the following actions:

• content removal
• reduced visibility
• disqualification from rewards
• temporary suspension
• permanent account termination

Severe violations may result in immediate permanent bans.

Boom may also review off-platform conduct where relevant and cooperate with law enforcement.

14. Appeals

Users may appeal enforcement actions.
Boom will review decisions and aim for fairness and consistency.
